Q: When can I expect to receive my wedding photos and video?A: We guarantee your photos and videos will be delivered to you in at least 30 days. For most weddings we're able to deliver photos in 2 weeks and videos in 3 weeks. The turnaround time on engagement photos is typically 1 week.
Q: Do you require a deposit?A: We ask for 1/3 down as a non-refundable retainer to book with us. If the deposit is a barrier for you, we are also happy to discuss a payment plan to best support your needs and budget. We believe that everyone deserves to remember the beautiful moments at their wedding. Â
Q: Do you offer RAW video footage?A: Of course! We include RAW video footage with all of our video packages. Your video footage will be available to download when your final edited video is delivered. Â
Q: Do I get the printing rights?A: YES! We do offer albums, wall art, and prints through our online galleries, but you are always welcome to use any other service you'd like, you get to choose. Â
Q: Do you travel?A: YES! Contact us for more info on travel rates.Â
